How will my plant arrive?

Our first priority is that our plants arrive happy and healthy at your doorstep. We take pride in our shipping process and secure packaging and want you to know you’re receiving quality plants ready to thrive. Most of our plants ship directly from our family farm, but we do outsource a few varieties that don’t grow best in our region.  

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

The process of shipping live plants isn’t always easy, and there are circumstances we can’t account for. In the unlikely event that your new plant arrives damaged or dead, we will always replace it. Please send a photo to [email protected] and we will work quickly to make it right! Visit the What to Expect page for more information. 

Why does my plant look different from the website?

Live plants have variations in texture, color and size. Our product photos show our plants at full maturity. Most of our plants ship in 4-inch pots, but you can find each plant’s exact size upon shipping on the product description page.

What if I’m interested in placing a large order?

How much is shipping?

We offer an easy flat rate shipping for orders under $100 with the option to upgrade to Overnight as shown below:

  • Standard Shipping: Your plants will arrive 2-3 days from our shipping days Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Overnight: Your plants will be overnighted to you on our shipping days Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Free Standard Shipping: Order totals $100 & over
